Description

• Create the best possible digital user experience • Develop and manage the digital product strategic roadmap • Manage the prioritization of digital product enhancements • Develop and distribute analytics reporting • Analysis and recommendations on enhancements to leadership • Manage weekly and monthly reports to evaluate production • Monitor voice of the customer programs • Manage implementation of analytics platforms • Plan, conduct and report on consumer A/B testing • Lead usability testing for internal platforms • Monitor customer needs and industry standards • Coordinate compliance with the Legal Dept. • Execute cross functional initiatives

Requirements

• At least 4+ years’ experience of relevant digital experiences • At least 4+ years’ experience with digital/platform analytics • Excellent strategic and critical thinking abilities • Strong project management skills • Familiarity with technical issues around web development • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills • Above average interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently • Insurance industry experience preferred • Proficient PC and Windows skills
