Description

β€’ Review incoming claim submissions and adjust claims β€’ Answer questions from claimants, carriers and other parties β€’ Assist with legal aspects such as document creation, analysis, and compliance β€’ Provide ad hoc reporting on claims

Requirements

β€’ Insurance claim adjustment or other insurance experience welcome but not required β€’ Highly detail-oriented and organized β€’ Strong sense of responsibility and accountability β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relations Management (CRM) software β€’ Enjoy helping customers and other stakeholders and love building relationships β€’ Must be able to obtain an adjuster license
