Description

• Review incoming claim submissions and adjust claims • Answer questions from claimants, carriers and other parties • Assist with legal aspects such as document creation, analysis, and compliance • Provide ad hoc reporting on claims

Requirements

• Insurance claim adjustment or other insurance experience welcome but not required • Highly detail-oriented and organized • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relations Management (CRM) software • Enjoy helping customers and other stakeholders and love building relationships • Must be able to obtain an adjuster license
