• TheGuarantors is a cutting edge fintech company • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve property and casualty insurance claims • Analyze and evaluate insurance claims to determine coverage and appropriate settlement • Review insurance policies to accurately interpret coverage • Negotiate claims settlements effectively • Maintain comprehensive and precise claim documentation • Process incoming claims, making necessary adjustments and recommendations • Communicate professionally with relevant stakeholders • Support legal processes, including document preparation, analysis, and regulatory compliance • Manage workload proactively to meet productivity targets

🎯 Requirements

• Valid California Adjuster License required; California Adjuster Manager License preferred • Previous experience in insurance claims adjustment or related insurance role • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
