📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • The purpose of this application form is to gather potential talent for future job openings. • In this role, you’ll manage lead-generation-focused advertising creatives and websites (HTML, WordPress, Shopify), ensuring projects support marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, fun environment. • Manage delivery of creative and web tasks for lead-generation projects. • Analyze and scope creative/web requests. • Prepare and intake design/development work requests. • Communicate with stakeholders to meet project specs, timelines, and budgets. • Troubleshoot creative/technical issues. • Perform quality assurance on all project stages. • Write ad/web copy using AI tools. • Update internal workflows and use analytics to optimize products. • Collaborate with peers to balance workloads and improve efficiency. • Contribute to team goals and suggest workflow improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3+ years managing digital web and creative projects (scoping, scheduling, budgeting, communication, etc.) • Experience with display ads, lead-gen sites, WordPress, and Shopify (a plus) • Familiar with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and creative software like Figma • Strong marketing copywriting and proofing skills • Ability to clearly present solutions and concepts to clients and internal teams • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail • Proven ability to improve processes and ensure efficient project execution • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs • Collaborative and motivated to create high-quality digital products • Interest in staying updated with industry trends • Experience managing Google Ads • Creative, versatile, and detail-oriented
