• The House of Mercier is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an E-Commerce Support Specialist, designed for individuals who are eager to begin their careers in a dynamic remote work environment. • This entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it accessible to anyone with a passion for customer service and e-commerce. • In this role, you will engage with our valued customers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance throughout their online shopping journey. • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via email and live chat in a timely manner. • Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and return processes to ensure a seamless shopping experience. • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism. • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records for service improvement. • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process enhancement based on customer feedback. • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and e-commerce practices. • Stay updated on our product range and e-commerce trends to better assist customers.

Requirements
