• Communicate and collaborate with team to share insights and contribute to initiatives. • Analyze email campaign statistics and metrics, identifying trends, successes, and areas for improvement. • Conduct research to identify industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing. • Perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Education: Last year student or graduate from Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. • Communication skills: Strong proficiency in both spoken and written Lithuanian & English. • Attention to Detail: High accuracy and thoroughness in handling administrative tasks and reports. • Trend Awareness: Enthusiastic about seeking the latest Advertising trends & information. • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising. • Bonus: Certifications: Email Marketing related, e.g. marketing automation and email marketing platforms e.g. Mailchimp. • Industry Passion: Passion for health, wellness, and supplement industry. • AI Enthusiasm: Eagerness to leverage AI technologies to enhance Advertising effectiveness.
