Description

• Create and manage ad campaigns on Meta/Facebook Ads, focusing on targeting sports-related audiences\n• Develop and utilize Custom Audiences to enhance campaign effectiveness\n• Collaborate closely with the creative team to contribute to the visual content used in ads\n• Research and test new audience segments and creative strategies to improve campaign results\n• Continuously optimize and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns to meet KPIs\n• Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of social media strategies from concept to launch\n• Perform other media buying tasks as required to support the overall advertising objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field\n• 1+ years of experience in creating and managing campaigns for Meta/Facebook Ads\n• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and social media best practices to optimize conversions\n• Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing campaign performance\n• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills\n• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with different teams\n• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team\n• A passion for social media, particularly in working with sports-related campaigns, with a commitment to staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations\n• Demonstrate fluency in both English and Lithuanian, aligning with team expectations\n• Bonus: Experience with other advertising platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, Google Ads) is a bonus
