• Higher Education • Previous experience in recruiting or similar roles • Experience in headhunting is a bonus • Strong record as a team player • Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Contributing and sharing knowledge to improve processes • Strong interpersonal, analytical & organizational skills • Passionate about recruitment and human resources.
