📋 Description

• Infinite Reality (iR) is a global innovation company that powers the next generation of digital media and e-commerce through AI, spatial computing, XR, and other immersive technologies. • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented General Ledger Accounting Manager to join our growing finance team at iR. • As the General Ledger Accounting Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in a fast-paced, innovative, and virtual-first environment. • You will play a key role in managing our financial operations and supporting the growth of our metaverse initiatives. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, a deep understanding of financial reporting, and the ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. • Responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and accuracy of the general ledger, preparing financial statements and reports, managing account reconciliations, implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with internal controls, leading a team of accountants, and collaborating with other departments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. • Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes. • Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP). • Experience in a technology-driven or virtual environment. • Proven ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally with other departments. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders. • Adaptability and a forward-thinking mindset in an evolving, digital-first landscape.
