• As an Admissions Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role on the Admissions team • Engage with talented applicants, conduct interviews to assess their potential • Ignite their passion for our international internship programs • Drive monthly sales numbers and revenue growth • Seek opportunities to enhance personal and team performance • Maintain organized and efficient applicant follow-ups • Ensure prompt replies to inquiries, aiming for responses within 24 hours • Collaborate closely with team members to share best practices
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience preferred • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus) • Native-level English (Spanish proficiency is a bonus) • Exceptional phone skills with a professional, persuasive manner and strong emotional intelligence • Passionate about connecting with people globally and appreciating the value of international internships • Proven ability to hit targets and think creatively to achieve goals • Strong attention to detail and cultural awareness
