• Provide administrative and logistical support to corporate operations • Contribute to the development and systemization of onboarding and training for new hires • Learn basic principles of donor project management through training • Support recruitment efforts, including candidate evaluation • Assist with creating an archive framework for storing products • Contribute to knowledge management initiatives • Gain understanding of human resources processes • Complete general corporate operational tasks as assigned
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (required) • Entrepreneurial self-starter with ability to work without excessive supervision • Strong research skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and oral communication skills
