📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and refine intake procedures and protocols in alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. • Build strong relationships with potential clients and guide them through the intake process. • Answer inbound client communications and reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and text. • Qualify leads, schedule assessments, and conduct virtual assessments. • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using Salesforce, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. • Meeting or exceed sales targets and KPIs. • Share best practices and insights with team members to improve overall performance. • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. • Prioritize quick response times and expedite efficient intake activities across multiple locations within the region. • Ensure timely and accurate data collection, entry, and documentation related to intake procedures. • Leverage internal and external resources to generate new leads using Salesforce to maintain list and track disposition. • Maintain referral relationships by fostering exceptional lines of communication and utilizing creative outreach strategies. • Collaborate with various departments, including client success managers, operations, sales, and the call center, to streamline the intake process and address any challenges or bottlenecks. • Serve as a point of contact for external partners, agencies, and stakeholders involved in the intake process, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication. • Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of intake operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize processes. • Conduct regular quality assessments to maintain high standards of service and compliance with relevant regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. • 5 years previous experience in take/inside sales role, or equivalent experience, healthcare preferred. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
