Description
• Experience supporting Marketing teams, specifically with tracking customer behavior, identifying new marketing opportunities, and measuring the success of marketing campaigns • Work as a key member of the data, analytics, and reporting team, developing a keen understanding of the business to drive insights and data-driven decisions by leveraging the power of data and analytics • Providing timely analytics and visualizations including weekly performance reviews, ad hoc analysis, and project based insights to support business decisions. • Actively identify operational opportunities through data and recommend solutions to positively impact the business. • Work closely with other SOMs to share knowledge, methodologies and facilitate standardization of data usage across the field organization. • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and usability of data, and develop strategies to improve data quality • Utilizes project management techniques for business intelligence projects and services • Performs other duties as assigned or required
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in business studies, finance, data science or a related field • 8-10 years of proven experience with business intelligence analytics • Firm understanding of systems and database tools, including MS Office, Tableau, Big Query SQL, etc. • Expert problem-solving and analytical skill • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas in terms of the business • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Proactive team member with a collaborative mindset • Ideally has experience working in a home care setting, or a related healthcare company
