• Process and track customer invoices using QuickBooks Online • Manage incoming payments and ensure timely collections • Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate financial documentation • Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
Requirements
• 1-2 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable or a related financial role • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting • Fluency in English (B2/C1) with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
