Description

• Lead a portfolio of clients creatively, driving excellence in visual and design disciplines. • Develop and execute innovative creative strategies that align with client goals and brand standards. • Manage the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Present creative concepts and designs to clients, effectively communicating the rationale behind design choices. • Stay informed on industry trends and advancements, incorporating fresh ideas into creative work. • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning. • Act as a trusted adviser to clients, selling the value of creativity and looking for opportunities to increase creative work and cross-sell group services.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in a design-related field is preferred, but a strong portfolio is mandatory. • Proven experience as an ACD, Senior Designer, or Art Director. • Exceptional design skills with expertise in design software (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience guiding creative talent. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies. • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • A passion for marketing and a deep understanding of how visual design contributes to successful brand storytelling and customer engagement. • B2B experience is preferred, but not essential. But you do need to understand how to sell expensive, complicated products to groups of people. • Any video editing or motion graphics experience or skills are welcome.
