Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a software company (preferably SaaS) • Well-rounded marketing individual with strong experience in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success • Significant experience working in or with multinational and complex organizations • Ability to report to the VP of Marketing and work cross-functionally • Experience in engaging customers for case studies and testimonials • Drive expansion of Thematic and adoption of new features • Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with attention to detail • Experience or passion for Customer Experience, Insights, AI, or Research
