Description
• Collaborating with product and design to create technical specifications for new initiatives. • Converting technical specifications into stories that any engineer can understand. • Getting products to market quickly to get real-world feedback. • Providing regular feedback to other engineers through code reviews. • Interviewing engineering candidates that are at or below your level. • Mentoring and onboarding junior or new engineers.
Requirements
• Have 5+ years of product engineering experience. • Have a bias for action and are not afraid to make mistakes. • Enjoy wearing multiple hats (product, design, customer, owner). • Excel at working both independently and collaboratively with teammates. • Are not looking for work-life balance—you’re optimizing for being part of a smart, ambitious team that is highly motivated to build and improve products that matter.
