• Engage with potential candidates on various social media platforms and professional networks. • Craft and send compelling recruiting emails to attract talent. • Identify and contact passive candidates for current and future hiring needs. • Dedicate at least 15 hours per week to actively source new candidates. • Focus exclusively on candidate sourcing and screening; this is not a full-cycle recruiting role.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required. • Must be a resident of the U.S. and able to work during Eastern Standard Time hours. • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, HR databases, and/or Candidate Management Systems is preferred. • Strong time management skills are essential. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with adept online etiquette skills, are a must. • Reliable internet connection is required.
