•The Mill Adventure is a scale-up focused on transforming the iGaming industry. •Monitor account registrations, deposits and withdrawals, verifying customer documents. •Detect fraudulent activity and manage suspicious accounts to minimize risk. •Ensure accurate withdrawal processing while addressing fraud alerts. •Collaborate with payment providers and internal teams to resolve issues. •Conduct transaction analyses linking them to known fraudulent activities. •Investigate suspicious transactions and liaise with compliance teams. •Analyze reports for Responsible Gaming patterns and fraud indicators. •Escalate potential Responsible Gaming concerns to relevant departments.
•2 years’ experience in an iGaming online payment related role and good knowledge in non-regulated and regulated markets •Anti-money laundering and GDPR knowledge •Excellent analytical skills, interpersonal problem-solving skills •Meticulous attention to detail •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Ability to work on your own initiative and to be a team player with a hands-on approach
