The Role • The Missing Link is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join our friendly, collaborative and supportive IT Solutions Team. • As Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering IT projects that align with the strategic goals of our diverse client base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise will be essential in guiding project teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of IT solutions. Responsibilities • Working with the Project team to deliver projects adhering to project methodologies and frameworks, you will: • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion. • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. • Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. • Conduct post-project evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • 3 Years + experience in project delivery or professional services organisations (preferably MSP) • Proven ability in deploying architecture based on Solutions Architect designs • Previous experience working within a PMO (Project Management) team and experience in Pre-Sales activities • Implementation knowledge on Microsoft M365 and Entra ID services ranging from Intune (AutoPilot), Exchange Online, SharePoint, Conditional Access • Implementation knowledge with vendors such as Veeam, Mimecast, Dell, VMware • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of stakeholders • Previous defence force experience is desirable
