Requirements

• Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) • 10+ years of actuarial experience in P&C insurance or reinsurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role • Strong knowledge of ratemaking, reserving, and financial modeling • Expertise in predictive modeling and machine learning techniques • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in actuarial software and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) • Deep understanding of insurance regulations and filing processes
