Description

• Theoria is seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps/SRE to join our Software Engineering team. • You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure and applications. • This role requires a deep understanding of both software development and systems engineering, along with a passion for automation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related role. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). • Scripting and Programming: Strong scripting and programming skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Go. • Monitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). • CI/CD Tools: Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI). • Version Control: Strong experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
