• Theoria Medical is seeking a QA Tech Lead to lead the QA team and ensure high-quality software delivery. • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a collaborative work environment. • Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and best practices. • Oversee the creation of detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. • Supervise the execution of manual and automated tests for thorough coverage. • Lead the development of automated test frameworks to enhance efficiency. • Manage the defect lifecycle ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and quality expectations. • Provide reports on testing activities and product quality to stakeholders. • Identify areas for improvement in the QA process and implement best practices.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in QA tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, QTP), and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation. • Methodologies: Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile/Scrum practices. • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams, with strong interpersonal and team-building skills. • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate defects and testing outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Tools: Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail). • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for QA improvements and initiatives.
