Description

• Theoria Medical is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tech Lead to join our Software Engineering team. • Responsible for leading the QA team, overseeing all testing activities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. • Requires a deep understanding of QA methodologies, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for driving quality and efficiency in software development.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in QA tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, QTP), and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation. • Methodologies: Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile/Scrum practices. • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams, with strong interpersonal and team-building skills. • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate defects and testing outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Tools: Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail). • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for QA improvements and initiatives.
