Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. • Experience: 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role. • Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel. • Research Skills: Strong experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring design teams, with strong interpersonal and team-building skills. • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • User-Centered Design: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and demonstrating a user-centric approach.
