📋 Description
• We’re looking for a deeply skilled, highly motivated Senior Producer, Marketing to help chart the future of our game, our brand and our studio. • In this role, you will deliver a pipeline of S-Tier creative content that introduces players to our flagship game and executes our go-to-market strategy. • To do this, you will manage creative partners, directly oversee multiple production streams and collaborate with our global publishers to make sure they have what they need to succeed. • You will be responsible for production and delivery of key go to market campaigns. • This person will be embedded with the marketing team and collaborate deeply with developers across the company. • The ideal candidate will be highly autonomous, proactive and self-directed, constantly connecting the dots between your talents and our win conditions as a company.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of creative production experience, much of that in gaming • A high-level of organizational skills, sharpened by running complex campaigns and productions through software like Airtable, Asana or Smartsheet • Demonstrated track record of leading productions that drove measurable results • Broad agency/vendor relationships and skill in unlocking those partnerships • Desire to be in the trenches and hands-on in a scrappy, startup environment
