📋 Description

• As a ServiceNow Developer you will join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, dedicated to helping clients solve complex issues and achieve exceptional results. • You will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on enhancing our clients’ investment in the ServiceNow products they acquired. • You will leverage your deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities and best practices and experience with business analysis. • This is a contract position through August 2025, with possibility for extension. • We estimate this role to be on average 20 hours per week, but may fluctuate with project needs. • The successful candidate will need to have 4 hours availability overlapping with US Central time zone. • Responsibilities: • Develop and configure ServiceNow applications • Research the best way to achieve a desired outcome and advocate for the correct build approach • Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, portals, and scripts to meet specific business needs • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. • Conduct unit testing and support UAT to ensure high quality deliverables. • Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices. • Address issues and incidents in the ServiceNow instance during deployments. • Qualifications: • Experience: • 2+ Distinct ServiceNow Deployments, at least one of which was ITBM, ITOM, or ITSM • Additional experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem preferred • Extensive experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC/Agile) and ServiceNow NowCreate methodology • Skills: • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer • One of these: ServiceNow CIS in HR, OR HRSD professional Suite; OR CIS in SPM OR CSM • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other web technologies • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills. • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to executives (verbal and written). • Proven ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment. • Comfort with handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments. • Proven skills in identifying client challenges and proposing solutions. • Education: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. • Location and Travel: • This role can be fully remote, or hybrid in Minneapolis or Denver.
