Description

• Responsible for answering and screening calls, calendar management, travel arrangements, and general administrative duties. • Provides administrative assistance to management and support staff. • Manages day-to-day office responsibilities to ensure efficient operation. • Handles confidential and time-sensitive material. • Serves as real-time Genesys POC for assigning queues and alerting staff to adherence concerns. • Updates and submits the Hours by Agent report. • Verifies employee timesheets, maintains employee roster, and monitors training hours. • Reviews and submits expense reports and vendor invoices as directed. • Acts as a liaison between operations and administration team for TDY arrangements.

Requirements

• Associate degree in an appropriate discipline or a high school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience. • Strong computer skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Willingness to learn internal company systems (Saturn, Mercury, etc.). • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to take technical direction and feedback. • Commitment to customer service and professional representation of TPG. • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and balance multiple tasks. • Strong attention to detail. • Valid and current driver’s license required. • Inventory or surveillance software experience preferred. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and graveyard shifts. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to type 45 wpm.
