Description

• Guiding clients through transformative journeys • Driving clients' successful adoption of cutting-edge systems • Meeting with clients to understand current procedures and system requirements • Setting up systems tailored to client specifications • Overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Providing hands-on support and training, both remotely and in person • Working closely with internal teams for process refinement

Requirements

• Adept at using software and familiar with complex configuration • Strong organisational skills • Able to remain calm under pressure • Enjoy talking to clients
