📋 Description
• Location: Remote (Must have a primary residence in North Carolina, United States) • As a Happiness Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. • You will be instrumental in providing technical and billing support. • Manage customer requests, resolve tickets, and offer live support through chat and phone calls. • This role requires a unique blend of technical prowess, customer service excellence, and a passion for helping others. • Create and maintain comprehensive help articles and support documentation. • Establish and own the technical support process, setting the tone and standards for future team members. • Collaborate closely with other teams to enhance customer experience and product improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• Residency in North Carolina, United States (due to tax restrictions & time zones). • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or fin-tech environment. • Strong familiarity with Zoho Desk and Zoho SalesIQ or relevant ticket/chat experience. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer inquiries. • Superb written and verbal communication skills. • A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to ensure customer satisfaction. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting. • A passion for technology, finance, and making a positive impact on people’s lives.
