📋 Description

• Therapy Brands is a leading healthcare technology partner for mental, behavioral, and rehabilitative therapy. • This role involves driving the architecture, design, and development of robust software solutions. • You will provide technical leadership and mentorship across engineering teams. • Collaborate with product and support teams to translate business needs into technical plans. • Influence technical strategy and roadmap while leading design and code reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building web applications, with a strong emphasis on .NET development (C#, .NET Core preferred). • Experience designing and implementing application architecture and system integrations. • Solid understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS). • Expertise in working with SQL Server and designing data models for performance and scale. • Comfortable operating within Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating in cross-functional teams. • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus. • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and CI/CD practices. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a “customer-first” mindset. • A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring, sharing knowledge, and fostering a positive engineering culture.
