• Manages a small team within the department • Acts as a Project Manager for key studies • Advises on project management and operational solutions • Delivers technology solutions in a collaborative cross-functional environment • Manages staff, including interviewing and selection, job description preparation, professional development, goal setting, performance management • Reviews and approves time records, expense reports, requests for leave, and overtime • Controls, manages and delegates day-to-day activities during the course of the clinical trial

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2 to 5 years) • 1+ year of leadership responsibility • Experience within the Central Laboratory Project Management industry preferred • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills • Strong attention to details including maintaining compliance with procedures and policies • Effective client relationship management skills • Good supervisory and management skills with ability to work effectively at all levels • Proficient in problem solving and prioritizing • Firm analytical and quantitative skills
