📋 Description
• Performs and coordinates clinical monitoring and site management • Conducts remote or on-site visits for protocol compliance • Ensures audit readiness and establishes relationships with sites • Monitors investigator sites using risk-based approach
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences related field or equivalent • Minimal clinical monitoring experience (1-2 years) • Basic medical/therapeutic area knowledge • Ability to maintain a working knowledge of ICH GCPs and applicable regulations • Good communication skills with medical personnel • Strong organizational and time management skills • Good computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office
