Description

• The Commercial Analyst will improve reporting and analytical solutions to increase the effectiveness and performance of our global Commercial organization. • Maintain Microsoft Power BI dashboards and provide reporting support for commercial leadership. • Analyze requirements, improve existing dashboards, and introduce enhanced reporting solutions that leverage complex data sources derived from multiple internal systems. • Contribute to the maintenance of data models and reporting documentation. • Collaborate across regions and functional teams to provide analytics support for recurring business operating mechanisms, as well as ad-hoc, time sensitive requests to advance key initiatives. • Support the sales team with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting. • Champion process and tool improvements to increase team efficiency.

Requirements

• Preferred 5+ years of Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Financial or similar experience • BS/BA degree in a business or analytical field (business administration, finance, operations management, engineering, sciences, finance) • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar • Experience with database tools and technologies (SQL, data modeling, or similar) • Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and work across multiple departments and reporting lines
