Description

• Repair, install, and update Thermo Fisher hardware and automation products • Provide instruments and equipment services, including installation, basic training, preventative maintenance, repair, and compliance services • Cultivate customer satisfaction through ensuring prompt customer response times and problem resolution • Perform commissioning and qualification of equipment by completing Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and Installation/Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) Protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer technology, E/E, Automation, or biology, chemistry is preferable • Two years of experience in cell culture, fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry and other relevant techniques desired • Outstanding teammate, who can work with counterparts and customers across the world • Self-motivated, self-starter with strong communication skills • Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, PC hardware and desktop application products • Well oral and written English skill • Able and willing to travel extensively
