📋 Description
• Guaranteed flawless installation, maintenance, and servicing of systems and instruments in customer laboratories • Provide services following internal guidelines and customer processes • Install, repair and maintain laboratory equipment for safe and effective handling by users • Conduct and document quality assurance measures including IQOQ/OQPQ • Offer telephone support and failure analysis for customers • Independently plan and coordinate work processes with various contacts • Prepare and submit regular reports on activities
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Medical Devices, Instrumentation, or similar field • At least one year of equivalent experience recommended • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Excellent communication skills in Polish and a good command of English • Proven computer skills • High willingness to travel and work from home • Valid driving license
