Description

• Repair, install, maintain and update all Thermo Fisher hardware and automation products • Provide instruments and equipment services, including installation, basic training, preventative maintenance, repair, and compliance services • Work closely with other departments to improve customer experience • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers in assigned territory • Support product quality improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer technology, E/E, Automation, or biology, chemistry preferable • 2+ years of experience in Bioprocessing, Automated bioproduction, Bioproduction equipment design/maintain/software control, Bioprocessing chromatography and other relevant techniques desired • Identify, recommend, and prioritize improvements to the customer experience • Delta V or other control software experience is a plus • Outstanding teammate, strong communication skills • Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, PC hardware and desktop application products • Well oral and written English skill • Able and willing to travel extensively
