Description

• Field Service Engineers (FSEs) provide service to customer sites and require commuting. • FSEs are provided with a Company vehicle for travel to multiple customer locations. • Overnight travel up to ~10% is required for servicing customers and training programs. • Handle various aspects of field service support and customer relationships within the Laboratory Equipment division. • Repair, install, and maintain a variety of laboratory equipment products. • Schedule and complete detailed preventative maintenance and corrective service to ensure peak uptime of customer equipment. • Submit expenses and manage trunk stock inventory in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Electronics or Engineering or High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 3 years of related experience. • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Electronics preferred. • Accredited trade school certification- HVAC/R or Electronic Technician preferred • A minimum of 3 years of experience repairing electrical, mechanical, medical, or laboratory equipment. • Knowledgeable with basic test tools such as digital multimeters, thermometers, hand tools, and power tools • A minimum of 1 year of customer facing experience • Maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record • Refrigeration experience is a plus
