• Lead a team dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical documents • Develop medical writing strategies for clinical projects • Ensure alignment of writing activities with project goals • Manage document creation, review, and finalization • Implement quality control processes and ensure compliance • Track project timelines and deliverables
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent • Previous experience (comparable to 8+ years) • Experience in the pharmaceutical/CRO industry • Experience in clinical pharmacology and/or oncology • Experience in managing complex medical writing projects • EU CTR experience preferred • Experience with structured content management system and AI-driven content creation preferred • Familiarity with Natural Language Generation preferred
