• Vital link between the idea for a new medicine and the people who need it. • Daily financial management of studies with minimal supervision. • Review contract and bidding assumptions. • Analysis of budget to actual data on a monthly basis. • Update resource forecasts and unit grids with project lead. • Identify risks and define reasons for unsupported hours. • Attend risk meetings as needed. • Prepare estimates for contract modifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, mathematics or related field • 2+ years project management experience including resource allocation, forecasting, and analytical tasks • Solid budgeting and forecasting skills • Solid analytical skills and capable of handling data effectively • Solid problem-solving skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.) for analysis and presentation of data • Good understanding of project management principles • Capable of focusing on individual projects while managing similar aspects across multiple projects • Capable of working independently • Capable of providing mentorship and teamwork in a multi-disciplinary team • Solid organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
