• Lead a successful team within the European Global Commercial Operations organization. • Provide financial oversight, strategic guidance and foster strong business partnerships. • Ensure accurate data compilation, timely reporting and analysis. • Drive the development of the Annual Operating Plan and monthly Forecasting process for GCO Europe. • Champion process improvement, actively driving productivity and continuous improvement culture. • Recruit, retain, and develop an impactful team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics; MBA preferred. • 10+ years finance experience with previous supervisory experience preferred. • Previous experience in Commercial Finance preferred. • Previous experience leading an International team • Sophisticated analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling with tools such as MS Excel and Hyperion Financial Management & Planning. • Effective communication with all levels of the organization. • Strong ability to work in a matrixed environment, collaborate cross-functionally, and establish relationships at all interpersonal levels. • Continuous improvement demeanour with a successful track record of process optimization. • Ability to balance multiple projects effectively. • High level of integrity and ethics, strong business insight, and well-developed analytical skills. • Team-oriented with a collaborative leadership style. • Consistent track record to coach and lead others to a high standard of performance.
