β€’ Coordinating multiple complex projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. β€’ Lead Projects: Manage and monitor multiple related projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. β€’ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration among multiple teams. β€’ Project Planning: Build and review project plans, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), resource loading, dependencies, and achievements. β€’ Budget Management: Develop and coordinate project budgets, track actuals versus budget, and mitigate overspend. β€’ Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks/issues, advancing when necessary. β€’ Optimization: Manage cross-project dependencies to optimize scope, schedule, budget, and resource utilization. β€’ Mentorship: Guide less experienced peers in identifying and resolving fundamental project issues. β€’ Decision Making: Review data to make informed business decisions and ensure implementation of solutions. β€’ Deliverables: Ensure all project deliverables meet customer expectations for time, quality, and cost.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Experience in Innovative Project Management involving Clinical Trials. β€’ Project Management Principles: Proficiency in time, quality, and cost management. β€’ Competence in financial matters: Demonstrates strong skills in finance. β€’ Methodologies: Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Scrum. β€’ Change Management: Familiarity with formal change management processes like Prosci. β€’ Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact, influence, and negotiate effectively at all organizational levels. β€’ Critical Thinking: Excellent judgment and initiative. β€’ Leadership: Proven ability to lead and collaborate across diverse groups. β€’ Independence: Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively. β€’ Delegation and Prioritization: Effective delegation and prioritization of workload. β€’ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Visio. β€’ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
