Description
• Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Sr Product Owner in Bratislava. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical product requirements. • Take charge of internal software platform releases. • Conduct competitor analysis to identify emerging technical trends. • Develop detailed technical product specifications and user stories. • Supervise product performance and gather customer feedback. • Analyze key performance metrics and provide insights to senior management.
Requirements
• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience. • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar role. • Experience in the life science industry is a plus. • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and/or engineering. • Familiarity with Kubernetes, service-based architectures, and cloud deployments is highly preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, collaborators, and partners. • Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe) and product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Trello). • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and standard methodologies is a plus.
