• Responsible for recruiting a wide variety of roles for our sites in Switzerland. • Sourcing candidates, screening resumes/CV's, interviewing applicants. • Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process.
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, or equivalent. • Experience working in a professional environment within an internal international recruitment function. • Experience recruiting diverse positions by function / seniority etc. • Strong preference for someone with background recruiting in the Science Industry. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. • Experience using applicant tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management System (CRM) (Workday ATS experience preferred). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Problem solving and time management skills. • The ability to work independently, and negotiation skills.
