🎯 Requirements

• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. • Ability to work and collaborate with people and teams located across multiple geographies. • Clearly express customer needs, understand feature designs to inform development, and evaluate how the feature meets customer and business needs to make decisions about the features. • Ability to work independently, defining and managing your own work while maintaining transparency and accountability with your leaders and other stakeholders. • Experience working in an organization focused on software development using agile scrum methodology. • Logical mindset with a focus on problem-solving. • Understanding of new trends and technologies in the market. • Proficiency in English. • Understanding of technology architecture. • Understanding of microservices / integrations architecture. • Familiarity with cloud solutions. • Knowledge of database structures and technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, SQL. • Passion for creating solutions that our users love using AI.
