Requirements

• 4+ years of experience demonstrated through a well-crafted portfolio showcasing impactful, customer-centric work • Proven track record of designing products that balance function and beauty, supported by experience with design systems • Empathetic and personable, able to build trust and respect with both customers and team members • Endlessly curious, with a drive to understand why things are the way they are and explore how they could be different • Experience wading into a complicated, data-heavy domain, e.g. finance, regulatory, defence, etc., and succeeding • Desirable: Graphic focus or Technical focus
