β€’ Job Title: Remote Customer Success Representative β€’ Job type: Full-Time 30-40 hours/week (Contractor) β€’ Location: Remote β€’ Intended Start Date: ASAP β€’ Who We Are: Think Academy US, a 100% owned subsidiary of TAL Education Group, provides K-12 extra-curricular learning services through science and technology. Each week, more than 6 million students are enrolled in TAL's online and offline education platform. β€’ Your Role: Provide amazing customer experiences by supporting and consulting parent-clients. Build scalable systems and processes for a great customer journey.

Requirements

β€’ Previous customer service or customer facing related experience is highly desired. β€’ Passion for learning and excitement to grow by tackling challenges head-on within a team. β€’ Strong verbal and written communicator who is friendly, attentive, and skilled at understanding customer needs. β€’ Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. β€’ Quick and clear in communication, with a knack for timely responses. β€’ Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
