β’ Previous customer service or customer facing related experience is highly desired. β’ Passion for learning and excitement to grow by tackling challenges head-on within a team. β’ Strong verbal and written communicator who is friendly, attentive, and skilled at understanding customer needs. β’ Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. β’ Quick and clear in communication, with a knack for timely responses. β’ Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
