Description
•Who We Are: Think Academy US is a 100% owned subsidiary of TAL Education Group, providing K-12 extra-curricular learning services through science and technology. •Your Role: Seeking a Student Success Consultant to provide expert guidance and personalized support to parents. •Responsibilities include guiding parents, acting as a resource, assessing student needs, fostering relationships, and addressing concerns with creative solutions. •Shifts: Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST; Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM PST.
Requirements
•Passion for learning and excitement to grow by tackling challenges head-on. •Strong communicator who is friendly, attentive, and skilled at understanding customer needs. •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. •Quick and clear in communication, with a knack for timely responses. •Able to commit at least 20 hours per week. •Experience working in a related field is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates! •Preference for candidates seeking long-term career growth within Think Academy. •Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
