• The Staff Accountant role maintains financial reports, records, and general ledgers; • processes accounts payable and accounts receivable; and • performs general bookkeeping for properties managed by the company.
Requirements
• BS degree in accounting or finance is required. • In lieu of accounting or finance degree a BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited institution and prior work experience in a related field • 1-3 years property accounting experience with retail, office, and mixed-use properties preferred
