• Outbound and inbound calling and appointment setting using a dialer or VOIP system • Prospect for new business and follow up with leads in the pipeline daily from various lead sources • Manage and organize leads in CRM; Ensure correct information, notes, and all relevant details about the lead are recorded • Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management • Qualify leads to convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents • Handle data entry, online research, scheduling calls, and other administrative tasks to keep things organized and up to date
• At least 1 year as a Cold Caller or in a similar role • Excellent English and Spanish (both oral and written, with flawless spelling and grammar) • Solid organizational skills and excellent time management • Able to work on a US time zone shift • Proficiency with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office), online calendars, and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar) • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills • Tech-savvy with a proactive mindset
