β’ Prospect for new business and follow up with leads in the pipeline daily from various lead sources β’ Manage and organize leads in CRM; ensure correct information, notes, and all pertaining details about the lead are recorded β’ Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management β’ Qualify leads to convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents β’ Handle data entry, online research, scheduling calls, and other administrative tasks to keep things organized and up to date
β’ At least 2 years of proven experience as a team-lead, prospector, lead generation specialist, or relevant role β’ Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal β’ Solid organizational skills β’ Excellent time management skills β’ Able to work on a US time zone shift β’ Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office) β’ Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar) β’ Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills β’ Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude
