β€’ Prospect for new business and follow up with leads in the pipeline daily from various lead sources β€’ Manage and organize leads in CRM; ensure correct information, notes, and all pertaining details about the lead are recorded β€’ Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management β€’ Qualify leads to convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents β€’ Handle data entry, online research, scheduling calls, and other administrative tasks to keep things organized and up to date

Requirements

β€’ At least 2 years of proven experience as a team-lead, prospector, lead generation specialist, or relevant role β€’ Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal β€’ Solid organizational skills β€’ Excellent time management skills β€’ Able to work on a US time zone shift β€’ Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office) β€’ Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar) β€’ Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills β€’ Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude
