• Outbound and inbound calling and/or appointment setting using a dialer or VOIP system • Prospect for new business and follow up with leads in the pipeline daily from various lead sources • Manage and organize leads in CRM; ensure correct information, notes, and all relevant details about the lead are recorded • Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management • Qualify leads to convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents • Handle data entry, online research, scheduling calls, and other administrative tasks to keep things organized and up to date
• At least 1 year of proven experience as a Cold Caller or in a relevant role • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal • Solid organizational skills • Excellent time management skills • Able to work on a US time zone shift • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office) • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar) • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills • Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude
