📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-volume, transactional software platform infrastructure that is robust, scalable, maintainable, and extendable. • Develop platform software design specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and scalability requirements. • Create and optimize application programming interfaces (APIs) to meet the data needs of the organization and integrate seamlessly with partner platforms. • Write reliable and efficient code capable of handling massive datasets and supporting millions of users worldwide. • Solve complex technical challenges, contributing to the continuous improvement of tools, systems, and processes. • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless integrations and ensure robust platform performance. • Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence within the team. • Participate in short- and mid-term strategic planning, contributing to technical designs and supporting project objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in developing scalable, high-performance platform infrastructure for large-scale applications. • Strong proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Go, Rust, Zig, or C#, with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies. • Demonstrated ability to design and implement APIs with an extendable architecture, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and services. • Experience working on high-concurrency systems optimized for low-latency performance and handling massive datasets. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical, reliable solutions to complex challenges. • A collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor less experienced engineers while working effectively in a distributed team environment. • 5-8 years of progressively complex experience in software development, with a focus on backend engineering for large-scale applications. • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
